If you’re like most people, stretching is probably the last thing you want to do with your jam packed schedule. However it is one part of any training program that one should not neglect. In my experience, the older I get, the less flexible I become. Flexibility training can help improve and will definitely compliment anyones regular training regimen. It can serve as a bridge to ease you into the meat and potatoes of your workout. Tight muscles can limit your range of motion preventing you from getting the most out of your workout.
